Skin Suitability & Patch Testing

Cellune products are formulated for a wide range of skin types, including sensitive and melanin-rich skin. However, individual reactions vary. We strongly recommend patch testing any new product before full application. Cellune is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to patch test or from use inconsistent with product guidelines.

Booking & Consultations

Treatment bookings made through this site are subject to availability. Cellune reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking with prior notice. Cancellations by the client must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations provided by Cellune are advisory in nature. They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional dermatological assessment. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, please consult a licensed dermatologist before beginning any new treatment protocol.

Payments & Refunds

All prices displayed on the Cellune website are in the listed currency and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely at checkout. Cellune does not store payment information. Refunds on unopened products may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Treatment sessions are non-refundable once completed.
